- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Status Updates: Tracking data may take 24-48 hours to update. Check our Tracking Page for more information. If you have not received updates, contact our support team.
If you would like to exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. For exchanges:
- The exchange item will be shipped free of charge.
- If you ship the return within 2 days of receiving your order, we will reimburse up to $9.95 in return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange within 5 business days.
- If you need a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
- A maximum of two exchanges per order is allowed. If further returns are needed, the reimbursement will be issued in the form of store credit, deducting any applicable shipping costs.
- Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, changes (including address updates) are no longer possible due to our automated fulfillment system. If you notice an error, contact our customer support as soon as possible.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email our support team with your order details. If the cancellation is successful, we will refund the full amount according to our return & refund policy.
If your package is delayed or missing, check your tracking details and follow these steps:
Status: Delivered
- Check with household members or neighbors to see if they received it.
- If the package is still missing, contact our customer support to start an investigation with the shipping company. Investigations can take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 4 days.
Status: No Updates/Error
- If your tracking details haven't been updated for 5-10 days or show an error, contact the shipping carrier or our support team. Investigations can take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 3 days.
Status: Returned to Sender
- If your package is returned, contact our support team. We will investigate the reason and arrange for reshipment.
Important: If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, we are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages.
